Sri Lanka Ceylon OP1 Ahinsa Black Tea (4g)
Compared to the generally finely tart Ceylonese Highland qualities, this organically grown black tea Ahinsa OP1 from the Ruhuna District offers a mellow, full-bodied bouquet with slightly sweet nuances.
The long, wiry leaf has a grey-blue shimmer and develops a bright, strong, amber coloured cup, which is typical of productions coming from the low or medium grown regions.

The Hall of Tea Story
The aristocracy in London had just discovered tea when Hanseatic tradesman came into Hamburg city. His name was not passed down, it is only established that he very much savoured this beverage. However, tea was still reserved for the aristocracy. Hence, he planned to create a place where any man may drink and purchase fine tea: The idea of the Hall of Tea was born.
From then on, fine tea is on everyone's lips. Since then, loads of water has run down the river Elbe and squillions of the tea leaves have been infused. The years have gone by, but the passion for tea has remained. This is why we are now reviving the old tradition. This selection has no rival, high aspiration and natural flavours and ingredients. Each and every variety is of select taste - perfected with the name to be relished: Hall of Tea.
